Building is in the blood for Vella Build founder and Master Builder Chris Flaskas.

With masterful mentors guiding his younger years, Chris comes from a family associated with construction and building on the Sunshine Coast for over three decades. So it’s no surprise that his passion for building and excellence in his craft stems from his childhood.

The gift of foresight through experience and the ability to envisage all styles of construction design, then execute the job at hand comes naturally to Chris. Mix in his raw love and passion for building and design, and there you have Vella Build and all this exciting and innovative building company stands for.

More than just a builder

Chris has worked in the South East Queensland building industry for over 18 years, bringing to your dream build a wealth of experience, knowledge, skill and valuable connections. He also brings a deep awareness of the Sunshine Coast climate and topography and how to work with it in a construction and design sense.
