Situated in the lush, serene bushland of the Noosa Shire is the cute bespoke development known as “The Hamptons Villa Noosa” ….  the renovated transformation of which was to prove to be one of Vella Builds’ most interesting challenges to date.

Vella Build’s task in brief was to transform the existing aged shed at the rear of the main house (whose past life was as a “dog washing facility”) into a quirky, boutique, luxurious domestic villa … to assist in providing additional accommodation to suit the needs of the owners large, growing family.

The scope of this assignment required this to be a perfectly matched addition to the already existing main dwelling and manicured landscape … a solution to the family’s need for more bedrooms and living facilities, without compromising the integrity and aesthetics of the main family abode. A huge transformation was in order … high end luxury fixings and appointments were chosen and works were executed to seamlessly meld with existing structure and landscaped surrounds. The final result is stunning to say the least.

 There is an immense satisfaction that I get when my Vella Build team are able to bring our clients vision and dreams to life. This is the “magic” of custom construction … there are simply NO LIMITS when designing and building in this way.

In this scenario we certainly did create a huge transformation from what was existing on the original site. Impressive new additions included:

• Off white polished concrete floors
• Aluminium French doors & aluminium signature entry door
• New sound reducing glass in all external windows & doors
• Custom shaker style 2 Pac cabinetry throughout,
• Generously high ceilings
• Half height feature timber walls with dado rail
• Floor to ceiling feature tiled walls … and more!.

With my beautiful clients’ final tick of approval … yet another Vella Build was complete.
